|Comments:||The opposition has an interesting and slightly complex argument regarding the framework of the debate. Even though you had a good line-by-line refutation of his individual claims/arguments, this, more global, framework argument needed to be addressed head on with stronger refutation.
Besides that omission, great debate!
|The pre-round strategy won you the debate. Good strat to "out-left" the proposition.
The decision is for the Opposition: Brandon Evans
Reason for Decision:
The opposition convinced me that to affirm the proposition would be more detrimental to the status quo and harms that the proposition outlines. The "big picture" implications outweigh the benefits of the plan in the proposition.
