    Comments: You do a very good job of signposting and organizing your speech. You should make sure to emphasize the advantages of your plan. Very well done. A bit more use of evidence to back your points would be helpful.

    Reason for Decision:

    The proposition should emphasize the advantages of their plan over the opposition of the risk to sovereignty. There does not seem to be a clear answer as to why to apply uniformly when some countries, like Japan, do not need it. A very close debate!
