The decision is for the Proposition: Minseo Kang

    Reason for Decision:

Thank you for this wonderful debate! Both of you did your best and I was happy to be able to judge you. However, there can only be one winner so the call is the following: proposition wins.

Opp focused on one aspect of the motion -forensic science- which had limited impacts and failed to discuss the broader topic: whether the UN should or not intervene, whether an international reform should or not be done and why. Prop focused on those points and provided coherent arguments and impacted consequences so they win the debate.

If you have any questions at all do not hesitate to send me a message!! I am always happy to give advice or explain my decisions further. Best luck for future rounds.
