    Category Zoha Askari Owen Schwartz
    Use of evidence: 5.1 4.7
    Delivery skill: 5.3 4.4
    Coherence of arguments: 5.6 5.3
    Responsiveness to opponent: 5.9 6
Identification of key points: 5 4.9
Comments: You do a good job of evaluating the evidence and articulating your position. You should make it clearer when you are referencing specific evidence from your cards. You do a very good job of using logic and analogies to explain your position. It would be helpful to reference more specific evidence.

The decision is for the Proposition: Zoha Askari

    Reason for Decision:

This was a very difficult decision. Both sides did a very effective job of arguing their positions. In the end, even if I discount policing on topicality, there is not an adequate answer that the current prison system is ineffective in stopping or reducing crime despite its cost.
