Comments: Great job. Your organization is on point and I enjoyed your speeches.

For next time, you can work on extending and explaining your impacts in the final speech and explaining which arguments you want the judge to vote on.

You reference a lot of research, but you should provide the citations so there can be a deeper debate on the evidence.
Great debate. Your ability to extend and explain your arguments is very good.

You reference a lot of research, but you should provide the citations so there can be a deeper debate on the evidence.

Also for next time you can work on framing your impacts in terms of the way you want the judge to vote.

The decision is for the Opposition: Sohum Shah

    Reason for Decision:

Schools' ability to regulate and block access to certain websites takes out a lot of the proposition's offense. Additionally, the opposition's argument that laptops can be used in moderation and integrated into other methods of learning is never addressed. And the proposition doesn't extend any harms of laptops in classrooms in his closing (except for the new plagiarism argument which isn't impacted out as well as I'd like to see)
