    Use of evidence: 4.6 3.4
    Delivery skill: 4.8 4
    Coherence of arguments: 4.9 4.2
    Responsiveness to opponent: 4.7 4.2
Identification of key points: 4.4 4
Comments: good delivery and use of framing to weigh your arguments in the final speech. You have so much time to introduce even more arguments in the first speech, you can introduce an alternative framework or a variety of different arguements.

The decision is for the Proposition: Maria Feliz

    Reason for Decision:

Rich countries have a moral obligation to help the people stuck in conflicts caused by colonialism. In order to beat this argument, the neg should've been making args about how economic decline and the consequences of it outweigh those instances. However, there is not an answer to the pro's argument that we actually gain more money per refugee than we actually spend.
This leaves me with the argument that unconditionally allowing refugees would just mean we functionally have open borders, which is just not true when there's a clear definition established by the UN that the pro is using as to what a 'refugee' is and how thats distinct from an immigrant.
