I'd recommend doing a little more work to prove why nuclear energy is good for the environment.
I think in order to win this debate, you need to use your framework more and prove why economic decline is worse than reducing carbon emissions.
The decision is for the Proposition: Miranda Chiguma
Reason for Decision:
I think that nuclear energy will be safer than fossil fuels in terms of safety and green house gas emissions. For the economy argument to win I need more work down explaining how nuclear energy would be bad for the economy - simply saying fossil fuels have been good for economic growth doesnt mean nuclear energy couldn't replace that growth.
