    Comments: no citations is problematic, little response to opponent- work on explaining rebuttals more fully. I think you did a very good job, and had good points, but overall missed some of the analysis and interaction of points. good job calling out lack of citations, time difference

    Reason for Decision:

    I did not vote on the time-related theory issue, this would have needed to be a longer part of the speech. However, it did impact speaker points. I voted on the lack of evidence, and the more fleshed out extensions coming from the neg.
