    Coherence of arguments: 4.5 3.5
    Responsiveness to opponent: 5 3
Identification of key points: 5.5 3.5
Comments: Very good use of sources and information for your proposition. You hit multiple different points and clearly state the issues and have very good sources with them. Good points to bring in your rebuttal. You need to speak more into the mic, it is hard to understand everything you are saying. Also it would be better if you state your sources.

The decision is for the Proposition: Corisa Tam

    Reason for Decision:

Corisa did a fantastic job identifying many different facts, from good reliable sources, and was capable to clearly respond to her opponents points. Jacob you did a great job but it was hard to understand you, your speech was too short, and you should bring up your sources more. Corisa I did not factor in what you were supposed have from your last 30 seconds, Jacob is right, you cannot go over your time limit. It is acceptable to go within 30 seconds short of your speech time.
