Identification of key points: 3.4 3.9
Comments: You had some really interesting points in your first constructive. Science diplomacy is a unique angle to take this topic. I do think use of evidence and citations would make these speech much stronger - what are examples of when international cooperation over different types of sciences worked?

Rebuttal - Sorry this is a little soap box of mine - while it may be true Wikipedia is not a good source to use in a paper you may turn into your teacher, it is generally good for factual information. Yes, people may be able to edit, but certain pages are locked for editing and the website is very quick to remove edits that do not follow their standards for posting. Anyways. You did a good job identifying why your type of world government may not actually fall victim to the problems she isolates, though an explanation of what makes your UN different than the current UN in the first speech may have been helpful.
Constructive - Good delivery and interesting use of examples to prove your point. I do think you take too long explaining the Boieng example, I kind of got it after three examples of different items being from different countries. If you spend less time on that, it gives you more time to answer some of his other arguments, like that a world government would cause less war.

Closing - You did a good job explaining exactly why having equal division of prep is necessary to have a fair and in depth debate.

The decision is for the Opposition: Allison Park

    Reason for Decision:

I vote con. Need to upload speeches on time to have a fair and equitable debate.
