    Comments: You could have used more sources but the sources that you used were used masterfully. I thought your examination of the moral issues with reparations was compelling and well researched. I further thought you did a great job defining reparations and clearly linking how those reparations would do something to help mitigate the harms. Fox 5 news is not a source! Your argument would have been persuasive if you used sources. Moreover, at points, I had no idea what point you were even trying to make. I think you should try to outline your thoughts before you debate, your presentation will be clearer.

    Reason for Decision:

    I voted for Rick because his debate was better researched, more coherent, and well executed. His plan made sense, in light of the harms that he clearly demonstrated were present as a result of acts committed by the US govt.
