    Coherence of arguments: 3.6 3.6
    Responsiveness to opponent: 4.5 4.5
Identification of key points: 3.9 3.9
Comments: Well researched. I really appreciated that you referenced your cites in your oral argument. If you are going to speed debate, you need to be clearer.
While it seemed that your speeches were researched, you never cited a reference or listed any of your references. For that reason, your argument was unpersuasive.
Nice point about the gov't not being able to afford both plans-too bad you had no citations to back up anything you said.

The decision is for the Proposition: Andrew Seo

    Reason for Decision:

Andrew's postion was more persuasive with his use of his citations. Linda, your debate was spirited and I think you capitalized on Andrew's weak points, but your failure to provide any back up research in your rebuttal points made your opposition less persuasive and far less effective.
