    Delivery skill: 5.6 5.8
    Coherence of arguments: 6 5.5
    Responsiveness to opponent: 5 6
Identification of key points: 5.5 6
Comments: -1AC well organized. Sounded like an extemp speech.
    -Good use of evidence.
    -Great impacts.
-Regardless of tournament invite, some claims need backing. Others are ok as analytics.
-You dropped many arguments in your rebuttal. This concedes them.
-Your speeches are too short, there are more neg arguments to address.
    -Great strategy going after UN.
-Good job asking for specific evidence and warrants.
-Well done going after solvency. -If you are going to provide an alternative, make it a more formal CP
-Your impacts don't outweigh 1AC, focus on solvency, agent, and CP.
-If you are going to talk about morals, make it an obligation that outweighs case.
-Need more citations to back up claims.
-Good framework argument on policy debate.
-You need to give me reasons to vote neg.

The decision is for the Opposition: Richard Chen

    Reason for Decision:

Although Aff had superior use of evidence, she fails to address many issues brought up by Neg. Although I feel the impacts of the Aff outweigh, I vote on the CP and lack of solvency neg args.
