    Comments: Proposition Constructive:
Good Plan! Very clear explanation of your plan, great explanation of how you intend to fund your plan. Your explanation of why the Government should fund such a plan however was weak - not enough evidence. I also appreciated the pace you presented your information.
Proposition Rebuttal: Great job rebutting the black-market points!!!
Good response to the Fetishism argument and use of evidence.
YOU ARE GOING WAY TO FAST.
I almost missed your point rebutting the argument that it will be difficult for the FBI to police it.
Glad to see you rebutted the difficulty to enforce revenge porn by reiterating your definition of revenge porn and correlating it to the legal porn industry.
Good use of the evidence; nice comments on the fact that laws have passed in States where the constitutionality of same has not been challenged.
I disagree that you do not need to spend time on additional harms. In your rebuttal, you mentioned Ms. Pott's suicide - couldn't you have mentioned that in your Proposition Constructive? It would have made your harms argument much more persuasive instead of vaguely referring to the "emotional impact."
Opposition Constructive: Argument about the ban on revenge porn leading to the black market, similar to bootlegging, was a bit of a stretch.
I agree that it will be difficult for the FBI to enforce distinguishing between revenge porn and porn.
Funny that you quoted the NJ Supreme Court Judge when NJ has criminalized revenge Porn. I hope your adversary brings that up in her rebuttal.
I agree on your rebuttal on revenge porn - she did not use any sources to describe the emotional harm suffered by the revenge harm victims.
Good point on addressing the fact that sites are not responsible for third party decisions to post content.
Opposition Rebuttal and Closing: Good use of evidence!

The decision is for the Opposition: Kayla Starmer

    Reason for Decision:

I felt like Kayla's arguments were more persuasive and more specific. Kayla brought up more specific laws and more specific positions. Both of you were pretty good and obviously prepared. It was a difficult decision and it ultimately came down to how well each party rebutted the other's specific points with evidence. I did not care for the speed reading and I think that really put Harley at a disadvantage in this very close debate.
