    Coherence of arguments: 4 4.5
    Responsiveness to opponent: 2.6 4.5
Identification of key points: 4 4.5
Comments: I thought your constructive argument was quite good. Unfortunately, the rebuttal and closing lacked responsiveness to the opposition's new points, and suffered from too little evidence. I admired your stance, however, and thank you for an excellent debate. Your use of evidence (Solera; paucity of pneumonia vaccine in nations with the lowest GDP) were persuasive. Your argument about incentives to research was also quite persuasive (the analogy to other capitalistic practices less so, since you didn't address the higher moral value we assign to issues of life).

As a result, I give the win to you. But goodness, please reconsider playing music and burping -- they reduce your credibility. Fortunately, your arguments, coupled with your politeness to your opponent and ability to find common ground, sealed the win.

    Thanks for an excellent debate.

The decision is for the Opposition: Wade Wicks

    Reason for Decision:

Opposition had a stronger, more responsive argument with greater use of evidence.
