The decision is for the Proposition: Kayla Starmer

    Reason for Decision:

I think that Kayla Starmer won. She used a lot of supporting evidence and, despite reading almost too quickly to be understood at times, her argument was well constructed and (even though I couldn't watch one of her vids) it seemed that she directly responded to most of her opponents points.
Veronica identified key points but I found her argument to be not as cohesive; she also didn't use much evidence, and she didn't respond directly to her opponents' points.
