Comments: You develop no offense against the necessity of animal testing for medical processes to save human lives which means that the Counter-plan solves for the majority of the Aff while also solving for the Neg's offense against the aff.

It would probably help to go for the moral high ground and claim non-human - human equality so as to render the counter-plan moot on ethical grounds, or to dig in on the question of medical testing being inefficient and bad predictor of the medical utility of drugs.
Be careful being so flippant about humans being superior to non-humans. That can get you in some deep trouble on the ethical side of argumentation and will undo any offense your counter-plan could get you from an opponent willing to pounce on that.

    Aside from that, good job.

The decision is for the Opposition: Elizabeth Gellis

    Reason for Decision:

Counter-plan solves for all the offense against the resolution while also solving for most of the resolution's offense. Means that I vote neg.

Good job to both debaters, and congratulations on as well as you did!
