    Use of evidence: 4.1 3.5
    Delivery skill: 3.5 2.6

    Responsiveness to opponent: 4.6 4
Identification of key points: 4.6 4
Comments: At times it was difficult to understand you, but in comparison to your opponent, you were much more coherent. You did a nice job arguing your key points and using sources to back up your rebuttal. You seemed very distracted throughout the debate. You made good points, but once you make them, you need to defend them.

The decision is for the Proposition: Jessica Tian

    Reason for Decision:

I vote proposition for a very well run case with strong supporting evidence and strong rebuttals of opponents case with consistent, coherent evidence.
