I was basically ready to vote after your rebuttal. your video and sound quality are really poor and it's hard to understand you in parts of your opening speech. it looks like you're debating in a stairwell and it creates and echo

    Reason for Decision:

    Opposition dropped the propositions first "advantage" (vagueness and deficiencies in current laws to protect animals--such as exclusion of birds and rodents i/e 90% of animals being tested) and could also vote on abuse in that counterplan wasn't explained until "neg block"
