Is 30 seconds over the rule grounds for disqualification? The opposition's first speech is 32 seconds over. I would ask you excuse the one second I went over as I had to take extra seconds to point out the time issue, I wasn't sure if I would be penalized for not pointing it out or not.

The decision is for the Proposition: Emily Breeding

    Reason for Decision:

The proposition has posted a video that the opposition failed to respond to within the time constraints. As such, the proposition wins by default.
