    Comments: Well done. Concise argumentation and clear delivery. You speak very fast, it is difficult to catch everything that you say, particularly in your constructive. It would also be nice to see your face in the videos. Try to make some of your own arguments in your constructive, in addition to responding to Ryan's arguments.

    The decision is for the Proposition: Ryan Halopoff

    Reason for Decision:

    Ryan set up a clear moral obligation to think about protection of microbial life in space. While Reika made a good argument about whether international law can extend to space, I think Ryan's argument that this is outside the scope of the resolution is true. The question is whether their is a moral obligation.
