    Comments: Your road maps are too detailed - you can just sign post on the fly - I think your regs kill space exploration are probably true - but you dont read any evidence on these claims and really don't offer a warrant for them. Your could spend money on other things argument is not super persuasive - her answer that political will explains those choices in the sqo is probably true - in other words -why are countries not allocating money to those issues in the sqo?

    Reason for Decision:

    I think the Aff wins that the limited risk of regulations blocking exploration are outweighed by the risks of space colonization. Neg needs to make more specific arguments about why those regs would block all space exploration (if this is true you take out a lot of the aff offense). I think the aff does a nice job painting the neg arguments as only short term gains that are outweighed by longer terms issues like the need to colonize space for human life to exists in the future. This is the colonization argument I reference above.
