Comments: Clear speaking voice and passionate advocacy for your point of view. You should post your citations so that your opponent has a chance to look at your evidence.

The decision is for the Proposition: Antonio Miranda

    Reason for Decision:

Prop takes the position here that we should entirely cease space exploration, thereby eliminating the possibility that we will harm extraterrestrial ecosystems. Opp does not adequately argue why space exploration is vital for us as a species. Opp says (but doesn't really show evidence) that current laws are sufficient protection. However, if we don't leave earth it takes that possibility off the table.

Opp does correctly point out that prop cannot be sure that the funds would go to the poor. Would have been good to address that but your larger point still stands.

Thanks to both debaters for a good round.
