Comments: Your 2AR on T should focus on the (dropped) argument that advantage CPs check, and that XT = more ground. The RVI is not worth extending. The last rebuttal goes for far too much. You would be way ahead if you devoted your entire speech on Extra-T. As it stands, you took too many things in the last rebuttal and didn't get to extend the specific reasons why the aff was extra-topical, nor did you extend an impact to their ground standard.

The decision is for the Proposition: Zachary Zertuche

    Reason for Decision:

I vote aff. No violation and ! is extended for Extra-T, the neg drops the hypocrisy good turn on the DA (hypocrisy is good because it forces the public to come to terms with the hypocrisy of governments which causes them to overthrow problematic practices--zizek), and the CP loses to the permutation (no logical reason why the aff can't prevent dolphin hunting and also prevent the import and purcahse of live/dead animals.
