Comments: Interesting informal conversational style. It is largely enjoyable, but I think you could benefit for a little better organization in the first speech. Need to give an impact to the 12 hour late posting issue. You have a limited amount of time, you read 3 pieces of evidence about the UN that say essentially the same thing, time you could use for a bit of argument diversity and some specific links from the 1AC re: anthropocentrism. Should have gone bottom up on your net benefits in last speech as you have dropped ones you could have easily extended (e.g. anthro)

The decision is for the Opposition: Christian Chessman

    Reason for Decision:

Fiat x 3 (which is sufficiently warranted by negative and justified by one unconditional counterplan) gets Counterplan over one argument made by proposition side. C/P solves better (utilizing actual states, who are essential to UN action) and more (not limiting itself to one dolphin hunt) and avoids net benefits of dislocated responsibility UN failure. 12 hour issue not sufficiently impacted to warrant a ballot, could have been an issue to vote on, but needs much more work.
